Top Gear has become a sensation with its ill humored take on the car business as a whole. John makes fun of car dealers, explains industry tricks and explains to listeners what’s really going on behind closed doors. Julie Peterson Office Manager Julie@gowolfe.com Julie has been with Wolfe as far back as the previous owners of the dealership. We are very proud to have Julie as a leading member of our team. She is one of the few that worked for the previous owner of this dealership. Julie is the office manager, she is an absolute delightful person and knows all of the comings and goings of the dealership accounting office. Julie is from Denton Texas and has been in Vernon for the past several years. She moved to Vernon after meeting her husband James who has lived here for ten years. Danielle Tackett Title Clerk Dannielle@gowolfe.com Danielle is our resident diva and is the first one to remind you that you are in presence of perfection. She has many years of dealership experience. Danielle has a bouncing baby boy and makes the daily drive from Seymour to work. Dannielle grew up in the Stinette/Borger region of the Texas Panhandle and loves to rodeo. Her husband participates in ranch rodeo competitions, and Dannielle can always be found riding shotgun with the rodeo crew (giving directions of course) You can reach her at extension 804

Nikki Green-We are so proud to have Nikki on our team. Nikki makes the daily commute from Iowa Park to Vernon. She has many years in the car business and we recruited her from many people telling us over and over “you need to get Nikki Green, she’s good”  and boy were they right. Nikki knows more about trucks than any woman I have ever met. Nikki puts some of these salesMEN to shame when it comes to product knowledge on Ford and Dodge diesel and gas trucks. Nikki is the proud mother of two children and is always within top 3 salespeople here at Wolfe month in and month out. Allen Overby Service Writer service@gowolfe.com Allen has been with us for a short time, but we have known him for years. His father Victor Overby has been in sales at this store for seven years. Allen has his own street sweeper and lawn care business that runs itself. Allen was hanging out at the dealership all the time, so we put him to work. Allen has a background in management and was a technician for a local Chevy dealership for many years. He knows how to diagnose problems and get you back on the road in a hurry. Mike Dzielawa (pronounced Ja lava for the literary impaired; such as myself) . mike@gowolfe.com General Sales Manager Mike has been an interesting addition to the Wolfe family. He is not a country boy, and he doesn’t know the difference between a quarter horse or a rocking horse, but he incredibly talented in putting deals together. Mike spent several years in US military in Iraq during operation desert storm. He grew up in Wichita falls, began the car business at a local WF’s dealership. His motivation and success did not go unnoticed and was recruited by Anderson Automotive Group in California, one of the top selling Honda dealership in the united states. Mike became familiar with volume dealer mentality while managing Anderson’s 500+ retail transactions a month. Mike has been a great addition to Wolfe’s management team. Mike enjoys his wife of 16 years and four children in his time away from wheeling truck deals all over the country from his fast paced desk. Mikes extension is 807
Shannon Moore Parts and Service Manager smoore@gowolfe.com Like Mike was another long term defector from the big city dealerships. Shannon has 18 years experience at his previous Ford dealership employer. We hope that we stays with us for the next 18 years. If Shannon talks real fast, its not that he is trying to get you off the phone, he is just in a hurry at all times. And that is a good thing when it comes to getting your car out of the shop. If there is anyone that has been there and done that, its Shannon. He is a wonderful blend of enthusiasm, experience, and expertise. He has several awards from Ford motor company, and specializes in diesel trucks. Shannon was die hard Ford when he came to work at Wolfe, but we finally got through to him that there is another diesel engine that is equal to Powerstroke and that’s Cummins. Shannon has been to several Cummins workshop training schools and is on top of the ball when it comes to maintaining and repairing your diesel truck. Shannon is our resident poker expert and head chef. Shannon also crews on Dr. Peppers top fuel dragster “Pepper Express”.And if Shannon mentions “Hey come down next Friday, Im cooking” this may sound like no big deal, but it’s a big deal…Shannon is a master caterer. Kent King Parts Manager kent@gowolfe.com Don’t let his good looking haircut fool ya, Kent is on the job. Kent has been at this dealership for 17 years, he continues to grow our parts business and break his own sales records. Kent doesn’t talk as fast as Shannon but he moves just as quick. He has a standard 20% off discount for all customers. He uses the same wholesale pricing technique in parts that Wolfe uses in truck sales. James Dillard sales manager, fleet manager, inventory manager and just all around great guy. Dr. Dillard has been at this dealership in Vernon Texas for TWENTY FIVE years. Being a lifelong resident of Vernon, James knows everybody and everybody knows James Dillard (as we call him) has a way about him that everyone appreciates and is one of the pillars of our family at Wolfe. Dillard left Vernon for a while in the 60’s and did the California thing. He claims that he was quite the ladies man and was an outstanding athlete. Danie McBroom (aka bonnie) grew up in Electra Tx, but moved to the metroplex years ago to attend college and sew her royal oats. She is head of A/P and bears the all around cowgirl award. Danie was the service clerk at Jerry’s Chevrolet for several years in Weatherford Texas. She recently moved back to Electra and the president of Jerry’s called John Wolfe and said “you need to hire this girl before someone else does, she’s a keeper” So he did, and he was right. Danie loves texas country music and is a master of the art of staying out all night, but coming to work unscathed and ontime bright and early the next morning. Danie’s extension is 801. Victor Overby Sales consultant victor@gowolfe.com Victor is a MOPAR man by heart and by trade. He will sell you a Ford if you make him, but he prefers the Chrysler lines. He drives a Cummins HD Ram to work, typically pulling a trailer with a Plymouth Challenger, Super Bee, Barracuda, or Roadrunner behind him. Victor is what you call a muscle car enthusiast. He buys them in shambles and rebuilds them to show quality. As far as product knowledge in Both the Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Ford lines, Victor knows it all. He knows the torque, the HP, the model numbers, why the factories did this or that, and loves talking about it. Victor is also our in house Jeep specialist. If you have a “stump the chump” question, ask Vic…he knows the answer Victor suddenly lost all of his hair overnight when he heard a rumor that Ford was buying Chrysler. His extension is 814 and he can always be reached bright and early every morning. Vic also joins John on Top Gear radio when they get into gear head and muscle car discussions.
Robby Eads Salesperson extraordinaire Robby says “you don’t need computers to sell cars…hence no email address” But from Robby’s track record, he has proven his point. There are many months when Robby outsells our entire internet department. Robby has been selling cars in Vernon for over 40 years. He came to work at our dealership after a very long successful career on his own as Robbie Eads motors. He reached a point in his life where he would let someone else worry about all the ins and outs of running a dealership and focus on what he loves…selling cars and trucks. Robby has a satisfied customer list from Amarillo to Fort Worth and everywhere in between. He is a very successful in his business and family life, and enjoys nothing more than showing all the young aspiring salespeople the car business. He does this by outselling them each and every month, not sometimes, but every time. Robbie also enjoys outdoor trout fishing expeditions in the mountains, and is a inspiration to us all that enthusiasm overcomes age. His extension is 810.
Al Wenche has been with Wolfe for a short time, but has had many years at Herb Easley in Wichita Falls. He Joined the pack in April 2007 and has quickly adapted to invoice less rebate pricing strategy at Wolfe. At first he just couldn’t understand why we “give it all up” over the phone, but he got used to it quickly. Al works along side his son Robert Wenche here at Wolfe Ford Dodge. Ralph Arteaga—Ralph is a local young man born and raised in Vernon. He is completely bilingual so if you prefer to communicate in Spanish then dial extension 808 when you call for a salesperson. He can also be reached at Ralph@gowolfe.com Ralph is new to the car business, but is not new to trucks. He loves them, he loves to customize them, and he loves to talk about them. Although Ralph drives a Chevy (and we are working on that problem) you should see this thing. 24” wheels, custom this—custom that, his truck is sharp, and he has an eye for detail. We hope to have a long relationship with Mr Artega here at Wolfe, and since he started in early 2007 has shown much promise as being a top salesperson among all of the older “experts”.
Matt Proctor-Matt comes from South Texas, went to A&M (we don’t hold that against him) and has many years in the auto industry. Matt is our business manager here at Wolfe. Matt is the best F&I man this side of the Red River. He is also the reason that our radio station is carrying Texas A&M games, we signed up with the Longhorns, and Matt threatened to strike if we didn’t show some A&M pride…So we did. Matt is fast, efficient, and is a sports nut. He gets on the air with John From time to time during local sports broadcasts. Matt’s strongest suit in his specialized area is making tough loans become reality. He is the “get er dun man” and he does. He areas of expertise are warranty, loans, insurance, and everything that has to do with “hanging the paper” on a car deal. He is our 1st team QB in F&I and Nikki Green is his backup. Kerry Valadez: Kerry is another commuter from Wichita Falls and leads our accounting department along.  Kerry has much patience for all of the book work it takes to make this joint run smooth. Factory account administrator, reconciliation, payables/receivables, Kerry watches over all the details. She is out in house jelly bean counter. As you can imagine everyone is real nice to Kerry, because she figures all the paychecks as well.  We are very happy to have Kerry with us, her previous experience is in car dealership

Jerry Skinner-Transportation. Jerry has lived in Vernon all his years, and is mastery of ceremonies of delivery and transportation. He leads a team of 20 senior citizen  transportation aficionados that will deliver your truck to you in New York, New Mexico, Old Mexico, or Paris Texas. Jerry has 10 drivers out on the road at all times every day arranging logistics for pickup of their trade in and proper delivery of their new diesel.
